Paris Hilton gushed about her reconciliation with Doug Reinhardt, telling Hollyscoop at the Fox Reality Channel Really Awards on Tuesday night, October 13, "I'm really happy!" She, furthermore, added, "Things have never been better, so it's exciting." Paris' parents, Rick and Kathy Hilton, who accompanied her coming to the event have also given their seal of approval for the twosome's romance. Rick and Kathy previously branded Doug as a bad guy who dated their daughter only for publication. But, they have had a change of heart, telling Hollyscoop Paris' happiness is all they care about.
Paris Hilton began dating Doug Reinhardt in early 2009. But in June, she had her representative announcing their separation while at the same time confirming, "They remain friends and ask that you please respect their privacy." The split didn't last long though as Paris and Doug got back together the following month.
