Lynette takes the center stage in the promo of "Desperate Housewives" October 18 episode. The pregnant housewife is showing not only in the belly department but also in the breasts. With twins on the way, Lynette calls upon her family to step up around the house. Meanwhile, losing Mike takes its toll on Katherine and as Katherine unravels, Bree comes to her aid. Gaby grows weary of John's intentions toward Ana but Ana catches Gaby kissing John. Susan learns Julie has been harboring some secrets and Angie throws a party for son, Danny.
The episode called "The God-Why-Don't-You-Love-Me Blues" was directed by David Warren and written by Alexandra Cunningham. Together with Marc Cherry, Cunningham is developing a new series for ABC which is said to be in the same tone to "Desperate".
